After completing the ORA breathwork foundations course which covered. *The Science & origin of Breath Work *The different breath styles, how to use them and when *How to build a breath journey for your clients *The practical skills needed to safely guide your clients through their journey *How to help your client to integrate their learnings *Self care techniques to be the best facilitator you can be Facilitator course will refresh on all the above before digging deeper into ... *Body work *Energy Work *Trigger point therapy *Learn how to read your client pre session and during the journey energetically *The fundamentals of essential hands on work that is often left out with other courses. *The practical skills needed to safely and effectively hold space for your client. *On completion, you will receive a certificate to be one of the first ORA breathwork facilitators. *2 x 1 hour mentoring sessions with founder, Benji to make sure you feel confident in utilizing all the knowledge of both courses. Prerequisites for entering this course. 1. ORA breathwork foundations. 2. Reiki Level 1 or equivalent. 3. Proof of ongoing breathwork practice. (log book, testimonials, recordings etc) Course dates + times: 18th + 19th of July 9am - 5pm in the Geelong region Lunch is provided Instructor: Benji Fava-Leeks

Cancellation Policy
1:1 We understand there are times you need to cancel or postpone your appointment. In that case all monies will be returned if 48 hours notice is given. However, don't cancel because you are nervous. You are exactly where you need to be. We have all been nervous about our first appointment or group gathering. REIKI & BREATHWORK COURSES: A lot of effort goes into creating the right group for each class. It is encouraged that you keep your course date. If you do need to postpone your course, please give 72 hours notice to retain funds toward the next date. If you would like to cancel your booking, 15 days notice is required for full refund (minus booking & bank fees). Deposit is forfeited for 14 days or less notice.
