Service Description
Reiki Level 1 "Shoden". Course details : Shoden meaning beginner teachings, is the first course in the system of Reiki. Over the 2 days we focus on teaching you to heal yourself and others with this beautiful and traditional Japanese energy healing. This course is suitable for all adults, with no prior training needed, and children over the age of 14 (with parental consent). Whilst Reiki is known as the hands on healing technique, What you will learn: - Reiki 1 meditations that we practise to cultivate and expand your energy - How energy works - Reiki , the word, the system - History of the Usui ryoho Reiki system & Reiki systems - 3 energy centres (haras) of the Japanese system - Self hand healing positions and practise them - Hand healing positions and practise giving full body’s treatments, and receive - Reiki precepts and how to integrate into your life - Role of attunements and receive 4 attunements over the 2 days What you will receive: - Reiki 1 Shoden Certificate of initiation - Reiki 1 Shoden Manual to take home - Beverages - Lunch and snacks - Exclusive access to digital downloads associated with your course plus a take home care package to encourage you to keep up with your new skills.

Cancellation Policy
We understand there are times you need to cancel or postpone your appointment. In that case all monies will be returned if 48 hours notice is given. However, don't cancel because you are nervous. You are exactly where you need to be. We have all been nervous about our first appointment or group gathering. REIKI COURSES: A lot of effort goes into creating the right group for each class. It is encouraged that you keep your course date. If you do need to postpone your course, please give 72 hours notice to retain funds toward the next date. If you would like to cancel your booking, 7 days notice is required for full refund (minus booking & bank fees).
